Which processes does Fullify manage?

Fullify manages the storage of your products, picking and preparing the items in each order, packing them and handing the prepared parcels over to the shipping carrier.

Do I need my own warehouse?

No. You send your products to Fullify; storage, warehouse staff and all warehouse-related paperwork are handled by Fullify.

How does the cost calculator work?

You enter your monthly orders, average items per order and storage needs. The calculator prices the items defined in Fullify’s current tariff based on this information and directs you to a quote for anything not covered by the tariff.

Is the calculated cost a final price?

No, it is an estimate. The final price is set in a quote after reviewing your products, order profile and service scope together.

How do I start working with Fullify?

What is fulfillment?

Fulfillment is everything that happens from the moment an e-commerce order is placed until it reaches the customer: storing products, picking the order, packing it and handing it over to the carrier. Fullify runs this process on behalf of e-commerce brands.

What is the difference between fulfillment and warehousing?

Warehousing only covers storing your products. Fulfillment adds picking, packing and carrier handover for every order, so the entire operation from order to shipment is handed off.

How is the cost of fulfillment calculated?

Fulfillment is usually priced as separate items: storage (monthly, based on the space used), order picking (based on orders and items), packing and shipping. The calculator on this site estimates your monthly cost from these items; the final price is confirmed in a quote.

Is it better to run my own warehouse or use a fulfillment service?

With your own warehouse, rent, withholding tax tracking, staff, packing materials and warehouse expenses are all your responsibility.
